For any meeting to take place legally it is necessary that the person who is present in the meeting

 

They are related to being aware of the date, time, place of the meeting and the work to be done in that meeting. For example, the information which is sent to the members regarding the making of information is called the notice of the House.

Who sends the information – Generally the meetings are organized by the directors. Therefore, the notice of the meeting is sent under the authority of the directors. If there is an error by the directors in the conduct of the annual general meeting, the Central Government may order the company government to convene the meeting or organize the meeting itself. If the unusual general meeting is not organized even after the directors have presented the demand letter to the members, then the demand

 

The members themselves can call that meeting. To whom should the information be sent – According to the Companies Act, the following notice of the meeting

 

should be sent to individuals. (i) to every member of the company (except those members who have neither registered their address nor given any address for sending notices)

 

(ii) to every person who, as a legal representative, is entitled to the shares of the deceased (if the deceased was himself entitled to receive this notice) or in the case of insolvency, to his liquidator.

(iii) The auditor is entitled to receive the notice of the meeting.
